A mid-century modernist home at Kingscliff, NSW has recently been sold for $1,275,000. 

It was offered by Mark Humphries from LS Properties Casuarina. 

Located within stage 1 of Salt Village, the house of glass, steel and concrete at 11 Shipstern Street comprises Zen like master suite, two additional bedrooms, living space opening to covered outdoor entertaining area, and minimalist kitchen glowing to the outside.
