Prominent North Shore apartment developer Hyecorp has started marketing its latest project.

They've collaborated with the Roseville Memorial Club and PBD Architects to create Juliet Roseville, a boutique-scale apartment development comprising just 35 unique apartments with a rooftop entertaining area and a new Memorial Club.

In a prime location adjoining the Roseville Memorial Park, Juliet presents one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments overlooking Roseville treetops, many of which feature multipurpose and study rooms.

Characterised by terraces framed by extended, subtly curved arches wrapped around a softly curved building with rounded corners, Juliet's facade epitomises PBD's hallmark of organic, contemporary design.

Inside, Juliet's layout and design have been thoughtfully crafted with owner-occupiers in mind.

The apartments are centred by stone benchtop kitchens well-appointed with Fisher and Paykel premium appliances and complemented by a generous pull-out pantry and spice rack.

The open-plan layout of each apartment extends to large private terraces, ideal for alfresco dining or entertaining right at home.

Residents can customise their apartments through Hyecorp’s Live Your Way interior design service. The colour options, Rise and Bloom, provide a neutral backdrop ready to layer with the owner's style.

This customisation service is offered in addition to an exclusive array of bespoke, high-end finishes, optimal layouts, and desirable living amenities.

Crowning the development is a beautifully landscaped, ambiently lit communal rooftop for alfresco barbecues or sunset drinks with family and friends.

Juliet is a five-minute walk to Roseville Village, Roseville Train Station and Roseville Cinemas, and a two-minute drive from Chatswood CBD.

A grand opening launch to the public will be held for Juliet on November 25 on Larkin Lane, Roseville. Prices start from $900,000.

Hyecorp currently have two other projects they're working on on Sydney's Lower North Shore. They have the under construction Audrey in St Leonards and Hyegrove in Willoughby.
