Building works for Hyecorp's Audrey apartment development in St Leonards are progressing well, with recent updates highlighting significant milestones.

The installation of the tower crane, completion of bulk excavation to basement three, and the installation of basement scaffolding stairs and site amenities are among the notable achievements in recent months.

In the upcoming quarter, North Shore Property Construction, the exclusive builder for all of Hyecorp's luxury apartment projects since 2009, plans to complete bulk and detail excavation, install the in-ground stormwater system, commence basement structure, underground overhead power lines across Canberra Avenue frontage, and connect minor sewer works.

The St Leonards development, located at 13-19 Canberra Avenue, will deliver 81 apartments across 12 levels, featuring a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Hyecorp has curated this collection to accommodate diverse lifestyles, catering to growing families, downsizers, and single professionals.

North Shore Property Construction will integrate signature design elements of Hyecorp into the residences, including study and multipurpose room options. 

The facade, designed by award-winning architects SJB, features vertical forms with raw and tactile materials, creating a visual distinction between levels and residences. A modern material palette offers a timeless aesthetic, enhancing curb appeal within the streetscape.

Interiors reflect a design philosophy combining understated elegance with a strong modernist aesthetic, featuring neutral palettes, stone, oak timber flooring, and full-height panoramic windows.

"The daycare is being delivered in partnership with Lane Cove Council as a future asset owned by Lane Cove Council to service the future residents of the St Leonards South precinct," Benlian added.
