The Debeyers Road homestead, with its open-plan design, has a large entertainment space, vaulted ceilings, and a well-appointed kitchen.

It comes with two guest cottages. The property has three linked dams (complete with 10-megalitre irrigation licence), plus 140,000-litre underground freshwater storage.

The Hoopers bought the property for $450,000 in 1999.
