Sekisui House Australia's $1 billion Norwest masterplan The Orchards is giving buyers the opportunity to live in one of the best locations in the thriving new suburb.

Norwest, which became a suburb in its own right in 2018, is just over 30 kilometres northwest of Sydney and is well connected to the city with the Norwest Metro Train Station.

Sekisui's fourth, most recent, and most prominent release at The Orchards is Veue Central. Veue Central follows stages Lumia, soon to be completed, as well as the completed Imperial and Aire stages.

The Orchards masterplan has been strategically located just 800 metres from Norwest Metro Train Station. Residents will also have easy transport links to the Hills District and Sydney via the M7 and M2.

Designed by Crone Architects, Veue is built around a central garden connecting residents to parklands that extend from the eastern part of the site to the creek in the west.

Veue Central residents can indulge in a morning jog or bike around Norwest Marketown Lake's walking and bicycle tracks, or dog walks and family picnics in Horatio Park or Strangers Creek overlooking the lake.

Across the Norwest Marketown Lake, just 600 metres from Veue Central, is the Norwest Business Park, which has grown into a full-service, self-sufficient area that serves as the location of a post office, banks, childcare centres, gyms, restaurants, bars and cafes.

The Business Park has grown to accommodate over 20,000 employees, with expansion expected to increase capacity to more than 35,000 workers.

The Business Park is also close to Norwest Marketown shopping mall, with a Woolworths, Coles supermarket and leading restaurants. Popular lakeside cuisine restaurants in the area are Italian restaurants Trevi Lakeside and Il Lago, Japanese restaurant Tokio Fans, The Seed Thai, and modern Indian restaurant Jheel.

One of Australia’s best golf courses is also within an easy walk from Veue Central. The Castle Hill Country Club, nestled among 167 acres of open fairways and bushland, boasts a world-class par-72 championship golf course. The country club has also hosted significant golf events like the Australian PGA Championship. Members can golf, watch tournaments, or simply enjoy the extensive clubhouse amenities.

Families at Veue Central are within a five-kilometre radius of seven high schools and eleven primary schools, which include Bella Vista Public School, St Angela's Primary School, Glenwood High School and William Branwhite Clarke College.

When completed, Veue Central will be home to 210 apartments in the middle of The Orchards. Construction on Veue is expected to start in 2024, with completion slated for mid-2026.
