Historic Pimm's Hutt, originally part of Wee Jasper Station, has been sold for $537,000 some two years after its listing.

The 1,917 hectare holding, listed through Luton Properties, on the Micalong Creek comes with log cabin and small two bedroom house.

The property is currently rated at 400 DSE (40 cattle) or more with improvements to pasture. There is about 200 hectares of cleared land with land rates $1,000 annually.

Timber harvesting income under Forestry permit is an income option with quality timber comprising, Yellow Box, Messmate, Mountain Ash and Stringybark.

It is 15 minutes from Wee Jasper Village.
