Pyramid, the developer, builder, and architecture firm behind the new Gosford apartment development Vue Mer, has released another stage at the water

 

Soon to rise at 142 Henry Parry Drive, Vue Mer Residences offers 140 apartments across two grand buildings. 

Designed by head architect Joshua Oyeku of Pyramids Architects, Vue Mer Residences was designed with light, bright facades with copper vertical louvres on each apartment exterior offset with a more modernistic use of matte grey honeycomb cladding with opening bi-folds.

“I chose these materials for the exterior of the buildings to reflect the environment and to be visually bold in the Gosford skyline," said Oyeku.

The main living areas in the apartments have been designed to be open plan, with the layout flowing between the kitchen, living room and dining room.

The kitchen features an engineered stone benchtop, splashback in Vena Gris, polyurethane overhead cabinets in Dulux Stone Master and is furnished with Franke appliances. Residents can choose warm or cool interior colour schemes to match their preferences.

The rest of the home has few internal walls and fewer traditional individual rooms in favour of a communal living space and unobstructed views of the outdoors through large picture windows.

To the south, residents are treated to views of Brisbane Waters, while to the East, the untouched expanse of the Rumbalara Reserve. Rooftop gardens, adorned with lush tropical plants, provide an ideal spot to soak in these expansive vistas.

Other resident facilities include a cutting-edge workspace technology hub for residents who work from home, a sauna, a well-equipped gym, and an indoor heated pool for year-round relaxation. 

Thanks to its prime location, convenience starts just a few steps from Vue Mer's doorstep. The Imperial Shopping Centre with a Woolworths is across the road, while more cafes, bakeries, and cuisine restaurants are a stroll away from the property.

The Gosford Transit Station is less than ten minutes walking distance, the Gosford Hospital is within a five-minute drive, and several educational and vocational institutions are less than a ten-minute car ride from Vue Mer Residences.
