Sydney's north west is booming at the moment as more take to the outskirts of the city.

The development of the Metro train line aided in the growth, with easier connections to the CBD and wider community and major drawcard.

But there's also been a major influx of residential development, not only catering to the demand, but also bringing new residents into the north-western suburbs.

Prominent developers Deicorp have been a major player in the game out west, with the group currently developing both the Hills Showground Precinct in Castle Hill and Tallawong Village just outside of Rouse Hill.

That's where Kellarney Developments are also developing, just outside of Rouse Hill at Box Hill.

Located on the fringe of the new Box Hill Town Centre, Killarney Ponds will target the family occupier market, with the project located within 15 minutes of 15 different schools and education facilities.

With construction well underway, all of stage one has already been sold out, with the group now selling stage two.

The group have made lifestyle a priority when designing the homes, which feature stylish, modern spaces that extend from the living spaces into common areas, including an array of lobby-style common areas.

There's 62 apartments on offer at Killarney Ponds, with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments spanning from 110 sqm through to 170 sqm.

The homes have been designed to maximise on space, with the open plan living spaces flowing seamlessly onto generously-sized balconies and courtyards, taking advantage of the natural connections.

There's also a collection of just eight townhouses on offer at Killarney Ponds, spanning from 140 sqm to 165 sqm, as well as a more premium offering of penthouse apartments in the upper levels of the building.

Penthouse residents will enjoy a private alfresco area, while there's also a larger alfresco area for all residents on the ground floor, in addition to a picnic area, gym and function room.

Prices begin from $549,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, while the two-bedders are priced from $670,000 and three-bedders from $765,000.

Sitecorp are currently construction the development, with completion slated for September this year.
