Tantallon, on Bourke Street in Dubbo, is a circa 1888 home that has been operating as a brothel for more than 16 years.

It is up for sale for $850,000 through Ray White – Dubbo’s Rod Crowfoot.

The listing notes it is the “only approved bordello” in Dubbo and is currently leased until 20 October 2015.

Due to its “highly sought after and unique use”, it brings in $75,920 per annum plus GST. Potential owner occupier interest is noted as welcome, with the current vendor potentially able to negotiation with the tenant.

Intriguingly, the property only has two bedrooms and one bathroom.

On 2,460 square metres, it fronts the Newell Highway at Lot 21.
