Donna Hay’s Paddington terrace off the burner as buyer takes a $2.3 million bite: Title Tattle

The four-bedroom Paddington terrace owned by celebrity cook Donna Hay and her husband, Bill Wilson, has been sold for about $2.3 million.

The four-level Windsor Street property had been on the market since February, when it was listed with $2.4 million hopes through McGrath agent James Dack.

It was extensively renovated after being bought as an investment for $1.42 million in 2003
