The display suite is in Willoughby, however, the development will be constructed on a fantastic park-facing site at 13-19 Canberra Avenue in St Leonards. You'll be living just 750 metres from the Royal North Shore Hospital, a five-minute walk to St Leonards train station, plus plenty of popular cafes and highly regarded education facilities. St Leonards has also received significant infrastructure investment, with a new $1.6 billion shopping complex, 88 Mall and a brand new open-air civic plaza. One of the best things about living right next door to Newlands Park is that your view won't be built out.

Architecturally designed by award-winning SJB Architects, there will be 84 apartments across 12 levels, with a full suite of luxury amenities. You'll enjoy the use of an indoor pool and spa, a music room and cinema, a private dining room, a personal training studio and a rooftop with barbeque facilities. The development will also include a ground-floor cafe, on-site daycare, and neighbouring community centre.

As you can see from the layout in the display, the floorplans for the apartments are wide rather than narrow, making it easier to customise the space with furniture, and it's great for light and airflow. Hyecorp also gives buyers the flexibility to request bespoke modifications to their home – which we don't often see with off-the-plan developments.

For example, if you wanted a wall-mounted TV, they could provide strengthening provisions in the living area, or if you wanted to paint your kitchen walls blue – that's absolutely doable thanks to the company's 'Live your way' service. You'll also have the option of installing a full home automation system too.

The Audrey kitchens feature high spec finishes in every apartment, with a fully integrated dishwasher and fridge, Miele appliances, a gas cooktop and a 60mm engineered stone benchtop.

The bathrooms have been designed with a luxury hotel feel and are constructed to a superior standard as you can tell from the elegant frameless shower glass, the full wall and floor feature tiling, and the floating stone vanity. It's the little details that show the thought and detail that's gone into the design of these homes.

The layout of each apartment allows for a 3 by 2.8-metre study or multipurpose room, responding to the increasing desire to work from home. For this reason, there's no shortage of extra storage, with built-in joinery - and the ability to add extra powerpoints to set up your home office to your liking.

Hyecorp has been delivering homes in the Lower North Shore for the past 25 years, with Audrey set to be completed by May 2024. To learn more about the apartments available for sale, then enquire today via Urban.
