Connells Point beauty sells for $3.03 million

This five-bedroom, five-bathroom house with uninterrupted views of the Georges River sold on June 23 for $3.03 million. It was initially listed for August 2009 auction with $3,375,000 price hopes, according to RP Data. It was the third sale in Connells Point above $3 million. The 700-square-metre luxury home features a fully tiled indoor pool, a second kitchen and a surround-sound home theatre with seven leather recliners. It has two storerooms, terraced gardens and the state-of-the-art conveniences and fittings that one would expect at this price point. The house was sold by Belle Property agent Brett Ramsey.
