The latest stage of the upmarket Cbus Newmarket Randwick project has secured 46 apartment sales.

The apartments have been inspired by post COVID-19 lifestyle changes.

Cbus Property’s chief Adrian Pozzo said the apartments focused on family connection, open space, amenity and the joys of home.

The sales are at the upmarket residential project architecturally designed by Bates Smart.

The project known as Young & Fennelly comprises 116 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences across a seven-storey "NewDeco”-style building.

One bedroom apartments start from $780,000, with two bedrooms from $1,285,000 and three bedroom apartments from $2,135,000.

Some will have Botany Bay views.

It will also feature 11 north-facing, three-bedroom terraces with courtyards.

It is close to the cafes and restaurants of the retail and dining piazza, Newmarket Dining, which came in the first stages of the Newmarket Randwick masterplan.

There will be a residents’ communal rooftop space on level four, designed by Arcadia Landscape Architecture, with barbecue facilities.

Young & Fennelly launched on Saturday May 8 with completion due in mid 2023.

Colliers Residential advised The Australian Financial Review that the sales have ranged from one-bedrooms for $1.075 million to top-floor three-bedroom residences for $3 million.

Terrace homes priced between $2.9 million and $4.1 million have sold.

The project takes its name from Fennelly St which pays tribute to Michael Fennelly, who bought the Newmarket property and built the Newmarket Big Stable building.
