The combination of substantial forecasted population growth, an existing and expanding retail hub, and the newly established North West rail link connecting swiftly with surrounding areas and the CBD, are all major drawcards for people moving from outer suburbs to Castle Hill, the epicentre of the Hills District.

The booming Castle Hill apartment market is set to welcome several developments in the near future, with developers continuing to put faith in the area given the strong pipeline of planned infrastructure.

Urban has taken a look at the top apartment projects currently selling in Castle Hill.
