Broken Hill takes top spot for NSW's highest rental yield: Investar

Broken Hill is the top location with the highest rental yield in NSW for houses, according to Investar’s latest market report

The property investment firm states that at a weekly median rent of $200 investors can expect to receive a yield of 9.90%.

This is followed by Woolgoola with a rental yield of 9.10% and Ballina with a rental yield of 8.75%.
