Chinese developer Bridgehill Group is continuing to inject new apartment supply to Zetland's Green Square precinct.

They've just launched LUNA, which accompanies their already completed UNO and Jade Apartments buildings, as well as their under construction ALBA development next door at 499 Botany Road.

LUNA comprises 230 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses spread across a ten-level building designed by MHN Design Union.

The building's facade is characterised by striking masonry columns reminiscent of the Heritage Architecture that was once prevalent in the neighbourhood.

Each apartment features open living and dining areas leading to deep balconies with district outlooks, complemented by oversized windows flooding the space with natural light and framing neighbourhood views.

The master bedrooms are oriented towards open spaces, maximising exposure to sunlight and breezes.

LUNA will offer a variety of amenities, including a 700 sqm landscaped rooftop terrace with BBQ facilities, a community lounge, a shared EV charging station, and a pet wash bay.

Under construction by Westbourne Construction, LUNA is slated for completion in Q3 2024.

Bridgehill Group has over $2 billion worth of development either complete or under construction. They have a portfolio of 1,800 residences either completed or under development.
