The completed Bloom Arncliffe apartments are drawing in prospective buyers with both cash bank and deposit incentives.

The limited-time offer, which only applies to the next 10 sales, includes $5,000 cash back and a $1,500 vendor contribution to solicitor fees. Buyers are also able to purchase an apartment in Bloom with just a five per cent deposit.

There are only four inclusive furniture packages remaining, provided by Temple & Webster, with the packages designed to complement the contemporary style of the apartments.

The clock is ticking, as this is the last chance to be a part of Bloom's final release, with first-time buyers, savvy investors, and urban-dwellers the main buyer types so far in the project.

The potential for considerable value uplift in the suburb has brought the investor crowd in, with strong annual yields of 5.43 per cent for one-bedroom apartments and 5.08 per cent for the three-bedroom apartments.

Richard Crookes Construction, a company with over 45 years of experience, recently completed Bloom, with the apartments showcasing the latest state-of-the-art appliances and integrated cabinetry, along with views of the CBD and Botany Bay.

The bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes, while the bathrooms boast marble-style tiling. Each apartment also benefits from elevated views with feature floor-to-ceiling sliding doors.

Bloom offers convenient access to key locations. With close proximity to Sydney Airport, Arncliffe, and Banksia train stations, commuting becomes effortless. The development is also situated near a variety of local schools, parks, and public spaces.

Bloom also provides a brand-new on-site leisure centre, complete with sports and recreational facilities.
