Blacktown's most connected apartment development: How DARA's prime location sets it apart

Developer Sitecorp secured a prime spot for its latest Blacktown apartment development DARA on Kildare Road, conveniently yet quietly set just off Balmoral Street, where Blacktown's Westpoint, one of Blacktown's two major shopping precincts, is located.

Blacktown has a diverse cultural population, which is reflected in the dining scene. There's traditional Burmese food at Sun's Burmese Kitchen to African delights at Gursha Ethiopian Restaurant. Other culinary options include BT Korean barbecue, Radhe Chatpata House for vegetarian Indian, and Blacktown Chopsticks for traditional Chinese fare.

Beyond the retail and culinary scene, residents of DARA will appreciate the proximity to parklands such as The Blacktown Showground and Joseph Frank Park, just a couple of hundred metres from its doorstep.

Designed by Urban Link, DARA comprises 67 affordable apartments in one, two, and three-bedroom configurations, including a limited selection of spacious garden apartments featuring expansive private courtyards.
