This latest sale marks a loss of $56,600.

Richard Rossiter of LJ Hooker marketed the property.

Set on 684 square metre, the home sold at auction on November 14.

It has been listed as a rental seeking $230 per week in 2013 and multiple times in 2015.

The property was built in 1980.

The median sale price for a home in Ashmont is $199,00, according to the latest CoreLogic data.
