Developer New Hope Group put a big focus on amenity at their newly launched St Leonards apartment development, The Landmark Quarter.

The three-tower, Rothelowman-designed development at 8 Marshall Avenue features some of the suburb's best residential amenity.

The amenity starts outside the towers, with the buildings set within extensive landscaped gardens with native walks, green links, pathways and bridges which target a healthy, nature-filled lifestyle all within the confines of the project.

The rooftop oasis further enhances the nature aspect of the development, with panoramic views captured from the communal seating areas, one of which is focussed around a firepit.

A number of the apartments in The Landmark Quarter enjoy aspects which look out across the Harbour and back to the city.

The ground level swimming pool is indulgent, complete with a lap pool, sauna, and spa, reminiscent of a high end hotel.

Flanked with day beds, the pool area looks out onto the green surrounds.

There's an exclusive dining room and an adjoining kitchen, bookable by residents for larger private functions. There's also another dining space, which is located in the games room.

A boutique cinema with a handful of comfortable leather seats is also bookable, but can also be shared by residents on a daily basis.

There's also a gym with both cardio and weight equipment.

CBRE Residential Projects is marketing The Landmark Quarter, the second development in St Leonards by New Hope Group. They've previously successfully developed The Landmark nearby.
