Nelson Bay, NSW waterfront units for under $180,000: Investar
Nelson Bay is the cheapest NSW locality to purchase waterfront units, according to Investar’s latest June report.
The property investment firm says that the median price of waterfront units in Nelson Bay is $179,000.
This is followed by Coffs Harbour with $188,000 and Kingscliff with $190,000.

Similarly a one bedroom unit at 208/61B Dowling Street, Nelson Bay (below) was sold in March this year for $165,000.
