Sydney's south-west records highest 2014 housing capital growth: Knight Frank/Residex

Sydney's south-west had 2014's highest housing capital growth, according to recent research by Knight Frank/Residex.

It put the region's annual growth at 15.6%, which was higher than the over all 12.9% Sydney metropolitan growth.

The next strongest was the north-west at 14.9% annual growth.

The city and south was the weakest growth region at 10.5% annual growth.
