New South Wales' 10 priciest suburbs to rent a house or unit

New South Wales' 10 priciest suburbs to rent a house or unit
Jennifer DukeDecember 7, 2020

Sydney’s expensive property market is a source of debate and genuine concern for home buyers and renters.

Using RP Data’s latest statistics, we delved into the house and unit rental markets across New South Wales to discover where the most costly places are to rent.

Across New South Wales, there were 48 suburbs where it cost $1,000 or above to rent a house. We've altered our houses list due to the abundance of holiday rental areas that made their way onto the top ten. Killcare at $2,600 and Hardys Bay at $2,000 officially made the grade as the top two costly areas.

The figures we have listed are the weekly median advertised rent.
