Lynch Group Australia sub-lease Mascot, Sydney warehouse

Lynch Group Australia has sub-leased a warehouse facility in Sydney's Mascot.
The company has secured 1,404 square metres of sub-leased space, at Unit 9/476 Gardeners Road.
The length of the lease is for nine months, at a gross face rent of $155 per square metre.
The previous tenant in the property was Smartbox Storage Pty Ltd.
Agent Trent Gallagher of Colliers International handled the lease.
