Early Settler continues national push securing Rutherford lease

Furniture and homewares retailer Early Settler has continued its national push, this time securing a 1,307 square metre lease in the Hunter Supa Centre at Rutherford, in the lower hunter region of NSW.

Early Settler has agreed to a five lease, with a further five year option, at a gross at a gross annual rental of $200,000 per year.

The centre - owned by Brisbane-based Sentinel Property Group - is now more than 85% leased by national tenants such as Fantastic Furniture, Petbarn, Betta Electrical, Loot Homewares, The Outdoor Furniture Specialists, Bubs Baby Shops, Plush, Genesis Fitness and Repco.

The Hunter Supa Centre is located, at 343 New England Highway in Rutherford and is set on a 50,690 square metre site fronting the highway. It features three separate buildings with a total lettable area of 19,768 square metres plus 438 parking bays.
