US-based investor snares $2.5 million caravan park near Tweed Heads, NSW

A US-based investor has snared the Royal Pacific Tourist Retreat and Caravan Park near Tweed Heads on the far north coast of NSW for $2.5 million.
The 11,000 square metre freehold site, at 109 Chinderah Road in Chinderah comprises of a large four bedroom manager’s residence, manager’s office, two two-bedroom residential units and 50 additional sites.Sam Johnson of Ray White Commercial Coolangatta/Tweed Heads sold the property on behalf of a private vendor.
The buyer has appointed an onsite manager to continue operations at the caravan park, said Mr Johnson.
