Medifix purchases Silverwater industrial site

Medical equipment and repair company Medifix Pty Ltd has purchased an industrial facility in Sydney's Silverwater $1.335 million.
Located at Unit 5, 7 Millennium Court, the industrial unit is about 545 square metres, and features office, technology and warehouse space. The vendor was Comsec TR Pty Ltd.
Knight Frank associate director of industrial in Western Sydney, Peter Hanzis said that the increase in demand for stock had depleted a lot of the stock within the Silverwater area.
