Cremorne Point apartment sells for $5.4 million: RP Data

A four-bedroom unit in The Allen Interest’s The Point development is this week’s most expensive sale, selling at its November 9 auction for $5.4 million, according to RP Data.

Located in Cremorne Point, the apartment is one of four and occupies an entire 350-square-metre floor.

The interiors include parquetry, Roman blinds, a sauna and gym, three bathrooms and a lift from the garage.

The property last traded in November 2000 for $4.2 million.

Neil Allen of The Allen Interests bought the site at 41 Cremorne Road around 18 years ago and built a luxury apartment complex designed by Peter Mayoh.

Each of the four apartments occupies an entire floor.

The property was sold through Donna Fischer and Richard Corbett of First National North Sydney.

The median apartment price in Cremorne Point is $905,000, a 28.8% change in the past five years, according to RP Data.
