Designer furniture and homewares retailer Fiona Lyda, owner of Spence and Lyda in Surry Hills, has put a $1.75 million asking price on her Camperdown apartment.

Listed through Shannan Whitney and Matthew Carvalho of BresicWhitney Estate Agents, it comes with 180-degree city skyline views.

The renovated two-bedroom apartment, which last traded for $1,435,000 in 2009, is on the 14th level of Trio, a two-year-old building.

Lyda bought the 177-square-metre apartment on Stirling Circuit when the Trio building was approaching completion. There’s a self-contained retreat with second kitchen.

Now featuring bespoke interiors showcasing Lyda's designer flair, it comes with polished parquet floors and walls upholstered with Missoni fabric.

The 16-storey Luxe building shares facilities with six other buildings in the Frasers-built City Quarter precinct including two gyms, plus an indoor heated 20-metre pool and an outdoor 50-metre pool.
