Hunters Hill based NRMA chief Rohan Lund and wife Teresa have spent $2.62 million on a luxury weekender overlooking Toowoon Bay beach, on the NSW Central Coast.

Perched on a privately elevated 727 sqm parcel above Kims Beachside Resort, the home has six bedrooms, two living areas, two kitchens and a resort style pool.

Michael Walker at McLachlan Partners Long Jetty sold the home after 165 days after seeking interest of $3 million.

It's the second highest price paid in the small suburb.

Lund previously held senior positions at Yahoo, Optus, Foxtel and Seven West Media before being appointed group chief executive of NRMA in 2015.
