Westpac director Ewen Crouch and wife Catherine have paid $4,215,000 for a home in Northbridge.

The just completed home designed by Tribe Studio architect Hannah Tribe has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Ewen Crouch is one of Australia's leading lawyers and was named Australian Dealmarket of the Year in 2006 at the ALB Australasian Law Awards.

He is the chairman of Mission Australia and a non-executive director at the Sydney Symphony Orchestra who he and Catherine have been keen supporters.

The block last sold in 2011 for $1.23 million.

It features four large bedrooms, three bathrooms with two of them being ensuites.

The master bedroom as its own ensuite and custom joinery.

All the rooms have a northern orientation with multiple living spaces including living room with gas Jetmaster fireplace, custom cabinets and balcony with views.
