Noosa's Sandpiper penthouse sells through R&W Noosa at $7.15 million
A Sandpiper, Noosa beachfront apartment has been sold for $7.15 million.
Set centre stage on Hastings Street, it was the whole top floor penthouse in the bespoke beachfront triplex building.
The three level building has interiors by JDM Designs.
"There are fewer than thirty three bedroom apartments available along this world famous boardwalk," Richardson & Wrench Noosa selling agent Peter Butt emphasised in the marketing.
The apartment comes with an 80 square metre rooftop terrace.
It was 2013 when the Pherous clan headed a $14 million deal in the block.
Two of the three apartments in the Sandpiper building on Hastings Street sold. The ground-floor unit poolside apartment cost $8 million off the plan in 2011, while the second floor apartment went for $6 million in 2013.
