A Noosa Hill new home has been cleverly designed by Annette Warner to take in as much of the surroundings as possible.

The 1 Natasha Avenue home has effectively been built on concrete beams for it to hover over the natural environment, framing the backdrop of Laguna Bay and the Noosa River.

Set on a 1320 sqm waterfront parcel, the home with private lift has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and two loggias that look out across the landscape.

The dining space overlooks the plunge pool and sun deck.

It is being marketed as jewel in the crown on Noosa Hill by Tom Offermann at Offermann Real Estate.

He said it is amongst the most exquisitely designed houses he has taken to market in Noosa.

Its $6.25 million asking price will comfortably double the street record, set when the property sold for $2.8 million in 2003, well before the new build.
