No Prahran townhouse sale for Chris and Bec Judd

Rebecca and Chris Judd didn't sell their Prahran townhouse at weekend auction.
The glamorous Hinton Lane pad was the family home of the Judds until they moved to Brighton.
It was on the market back in 2013, but rented after the couple failed to find a buyer at $1999 per week.
It passed in after two vendor bids, for $1.9 million.
The auctioneer opened the bidding with a vendor bid of $1.85 million.
It now has a $2.05 million asking price.
