Interior designer Nicole Vatselias of Lumu Interiors has listed her Hollywood-style Vaucluse home.

Vatselias, who owns the Lumu Interiors homeware store in Double Bay, is famed for her keen eye for contemporary style.

Vatselias paid $4,085,000 for the Boambilee Avenue home in 2014 where she resides with her Shannon Hsu, two kids and a number of pets.

The 1940s home with 1980s interior styling has been renovated throughout to bring it into the 21st century.

It now has a $6 million guide.

Set on 990 sqm, the luxury home with crisp white interiors has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

It's footsteps from Parsley Bay and Nielsen Park.
