Ng family secure $7.1 million for Bellevue Hill home

The Ng family have secured $7.1 million for their Bellevue Hill home.

It was designed by Huw Turner of Collins and Turner architects.

All four bedrooms have ensuites at the 64 Boronia Road listing which was initially listed by Sotheby’s International’s agent Michael Pallier.

The home was initially listed with a guide of $7 million.

The land cost $2,700,000 in 2008 when bought by the property consultant Leonard Ng and his wife, Virginia.

This is the third time they tried to sell the home in the last 4 years. First in 2017 and later in 2019.

During both campaigns the home was unsucessful at auction and later taken off market.

It had an idential price guide in it's 2019 marketing campaign.
