Ten Network newsreader Sandra Sully and her husband, FlexiGroup chief Symon Brewis-Weston, are selling much of their Gold Coast investment portfolio.

They are selling their three investment apartments in Parkdale, a small boutique block of six a street back from the sand at Broadbeach.

The marketing suggests “buy one or buy them all”.

The Brisbane-born Sully began buying into the block in 2006, paying $361,500 for a second-floor unit.

She followed it up two years later with a ground floor apartment for $410,000 in 2008.

Sully and Brewis-Weston then bought one in both of their names, paying $415,000 for the top floor apartment last year.

The auction is scheduled for December 9 through Ray White agents Gareth Denning and Veronica Princeton-Hall.

The couple retain another Broadbeach apartment in a different block nearby which cost $710,000 in 2011.
