Gabrielle Tindale of House of Tindale has sold her Vaucluse home for $7.8 million.

There were three bidders registered at the auction which opened with a $7.7 million vendor bid.

Tindale is off to the US with Barney’s New York keen on her handbags, according to the Wentworth Courier.

Tindale bought the Wentworth Road house for $6.2 million in 2015.

Comfortably liveable as is, the home was marketed as also presenting an opportunity to further capitalise by expanding its floorplan to capture uninterrupted panoramic views of the city skyline, Sydney Harbour Bridge through to Manly.
