A north-east facing home perched high above Coogee Beach's southern headland has hit the market.

It has been listed for sale with $5,375,000 hopes by Warren Ginsberg and Adam Reichman from Ray White Double Bay.

Set over a 300 square metre allotment, the new penthouse at 239 Oberon Street features high end finishes and expansive design.

It comprises three bedrooms, open living/dining, Marble island kitchen, two Carra marble bathrooms and four secure parking.

Other highlights of the penthouse include direct security lift access, ducted air-conditioning, designer lighting and video intercom.

It is one of only three apartments in the Pinnacle Oberon building.

The building is located just a stroll from Wylie's baths, Coogee beach, cafes and coastal walks.
