Newly appointed AMP executive Alex Wade has spent $2.75 million on a three-bedroom apartment in a 1999-built block of six in Bellevue Hill.

Spanning 235 sqm across two levels, it has harbour views from its alfresco terrace. The master retreat occupies the top floor, featuring its own terrace, walk-in dressing area and ensuite.

Sydney Sotheby’s agents Barry and Mark Goldman sold the apartment.

Wade, who left Credit Suisse after 12 years, paid $2.2 million in 2017 for a four bedroom investment in Woollahra which he promptly leased for $2000 a week.
