NAB's Drew Bradford lists $5.5 million Woollahra trophy mansion

The National Australia Bank executive Drew Bradford and his wife Allison are selling their Victorian-style mansion in Woollahra.

The five-bedroom 1884 home on Wellington Street is listed at $5.5 million.

Its been extended and restored to features a home cinema, gymnasium and cellar.

Set on 474 square metres of mostly manicured gardens, the Bradfords bought the two storey home from the former Challenger chief executive Dominic Stevens in 2005 for $4.46 million.

Stevens paid $1.605 million in 1996. Drew Bradford is the NAB's head of trading, institutional sales and research.

James Dack and Camilla Edwards of McGrath have the listing, in conjunction with Georgia Cleary of Bradfieldcleary.

The medium house price in Woollahra is $1,778,000, a 1.2% decline over the past five years, according to RP Data.
