Motorcylce tycoon Warren Fraser and wife Catherine have sold their Palm Beach weekender for $4.5 million post-auction.

They had a $5.2 million guide through LJ Hooker Palm Beach agent Peter Robinson for the hillside Ralston Road residence (above), which cost $4.5 million three years ago.

They apparently haven’t got up there much since what seemed a savvy purchase as it had sold for $4.65 million back in 2006.

It has been bought by north shore buyers who will make it their permanent home.

The Frasers have resided in the popular The Residence complex overlooking Hyde Park since they sold their 1857 Hunters Hill riverfront estate, Windermere, to controversial Chinese buyer Sam Guo, aka the “Chinese Gatsby”.
