Most discounted home in Bundamba extends its lead by 4%: SQM

SQM Research’s top 10 discounted properties are the same as previous weeks, but the most discounted property has extended its lead by a further 4%.

Located at 22 White Street in Bundamba, the three-bedroom home was originally listed in July last year for $425,000.

After 356 days on the market, the Queenslander-style home has slashed its price by 52% to $205,000.

SQM Research says its may well be one of the most discounted properties SQM Research has featured in its top 10.

The home is situated on 1.49 hectares and was purchased in 2006 for $250,000.

It is listed through Linh Vo of Ray White Darra.

The median house price in Bundamba is $247,000, a 10.2% price decline in five years, according to RP Data.

Queensland properties continue to dominate the list, with six properties featured.

New South Wales, Western Australia, South Australia and Tasmania each have one property featured.
