The most affordable unit auctioned on the weekend sold for $320,000 in Cabramatta.

The 1980-built McBurney Road apartment was last sold at $130,000 in 2005, which was slightly less than its $150,000 price in boom time 2004.

The one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment features a large dining and lounge room which overlooks the balcony.

The unit is situated in a small block of 12 units where the priciest prior one bedroom sale was $280,000 six years ago.

It includes a huge lock-up garage with an add on work space.
