Mitchell Pearce lists another Cremorne rental roost

Having moved to Sydney's eastern suburbs, Sydney Rooster Mitchell Pearce has now listed both of his Cremorne apartments.

Having listed his three bedroom apartment for $1,200 a week, he's now put another two bedroom apartment up for $685 a week.

Located on the top floor, the art deco apartment looks like its been touched up slightly by Pearce since his $681,000 purchase in 2011.

A large wrap around balcony with water and district views is accessed from the living area and master bedroom.

Cobden & Hayson Drummoyne agents Kate Ferrante is marketing the apartment.

Pearce paid $1,665,000 for a two bedroom garden apartment in the new Nicholas Tang Architects designed complex in Randwick.
