A former factory warehouse residence has been listed for sale in Melbourne's Middle Park at $3.05 million.

The property was once the premises of the Milkap Company prior to functioning as a transport depot.

It was also the Rogers Sellers & Myhill warehouse and as the architectural offices of Cocks, Carmichael, Whitford.

Since its 1999 conversion designed by architect Michael Phillipson, it has been a four bedroom residence with huge private courtyard garden.

202 Little Page Street had been scheduled for 28 March Marshall White auction where it was passed in at $2.75 million.
