The penthouse features a master bedroom with a dressing room and ensuite, large north-facing balconies, formal and informal spaces.

More than 20 groups have viewed the 6601 apartment since it listed with the majority of inquiries coming from local or Brisbane buyers, according to the listing agent, Matt Gates, at Ray White Prestige Surfers Paradise.

Top-end furnishings and appliances are a feature.

The nearby penthouse apartment sold by developer John Longhurst in 2008 at $4.59 million with 635 sqm space has just gone under offer, according to its realestate.com.au listing.

Ephraim Island’s strata restaurant space recently sold for $1.9 million with the selling agent Gerry Thibault at Nai Harcourts Gold Coast noting the space “enjoys a captive market of 383 upmarket residential apartments on the island.”

The space had last sold at $1.8 million in 2016.
