Melbourne and Sydney home prices drop back for the week

Melbourne home prices have dropped back 0.4% for the week ending August 25, according to RP Data.

It's still up 0.2% for the month though.

Sydney dropped 0.2% for the week though it also is up 0.2% for the month.

Adelaide and Brisbane home prices both increased for the week, up 0.7% and 0.4% respectively.
