McGrath opens 99th franchise office at Sans Souci

McGrath Estate Agents, a division of McGrath Limited, has opened a new office in the bayside suburb of Sans Souci.

McGrath Sans Souci will be led by Matthew King and Kieran Bresnahan.

This is the fourth franchise office under King and Bresnahan’s leadership including the already established Brighton-Le-Sands office, which has been serving the local area for the past seven years.

It will focus on Sans Souci, Ramsgate, Dolls Point, Sandringham and Kogarah Bay.

McGrath founder and executive director John McGrath said the new office located at 333 Rocky Point Road, Sans Souci was the 99th NSW franchise office.

Sans Souci, with its leafy bayside location, recently saw a home sold in excess of $9 million which surpassed the previous suburb record by more than $3 million.
