Mark Wahlberg lists in Beverly Hills

Oscar-nominated actor Mark Wahlberg has listed his Beverly Hills, CA home for sale with price hopes of US$13,995,000. The seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom property includes a boxing gym, where Wahlberg reportedly trained for his role as Micky Ward in the 2010 Oscar-nominated film The Fighter.

Wahlberg listed the property in 2008 with price hopes of US$15.9 million but withdrew it from the market after the birth of his fourth child with girlfriend Rhea Durham.

The Former New Kid On the Block and Funky Bunch member bought the house for $4.95 million in 2001 through Marley Realty Trust, accorting to blockshopper.com. The property has a full tennis court and dramatic canyon views, and it includes extras befitting a Hollywood star, including a 35mm home theatre. It is within a gated estate, a private enclave of the rich and famous.
